ExecutionIQ Terms of Service

Last updated:

These terms explain the rules for using the ExecutionIQ trading journal, including how subscriptions and free trials work, what the AI features are and are not, and the limits of our responsibility. Please read them before you create an account.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of ExecutionIQ, the trading journal at executioniq.pro, including the website, the app and any related email. ExecutionIQ is operated by VerdictIQ, based in South Carolina, United States (“we”, “us” or “our”).

By creating an account or using ExecutionIQ, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who can use ExecutionIQ

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use ExecutionIQ. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.

3. Not financial, investment or trading advice

ExecutionIQ is a journaling and analytics tool. It does not give financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice.

Nothing in ExecutionIQ is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, futures contract, currency, cryptocurrency or other instrument. That includes execution scores, analytics, reports, AI trade reviews, AI pattern insights, blog posts, pattern and indicator guides, the economic calendar and news headlines. We are not a broker, a registered investment adviser or a financial planner, and using ExecutionIQ does not create any advisory relationship.

4. Trading risk and your responsibility

Trading involves substantial risk, and you can lose more than you invest in some markets. You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make, for the trades you place, and for the results of those trades, whether or not you used ExecutionIQ when making them.

Past performance and AI insights are not predictive. Your historical statistics, execution scores, win rates and any AI generated review or pattern describe what has already happened. They do not predict or guarantee future results.

5. Accuracy of imported and AI generated data

ExecutionIQ works with the data you give it. Trades imported from CSV files, broker exports or TradingView alerts can be incomplete or parsed incorrectly, for example when a file format changes. AI reviews and pattern insights are produced by a language model and can be wrong, incomplete or misleading.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of imported data, calculated scores and statistics, AI generated content, or third party content such as news and economic calendar data. Check anything important against your broker statements and your own judgment.

6. Your account

Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Treat your TradingView webhook link like a password, because anyone who has it can add trades to your journal. Tell us right away at hello@verdictiq.org if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

7. Plans, free trials and billing

ExecutionIQ offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Elite plans. The Free plan has usage limits, such as a monthly trade limit. Current prices, limits and features are shown on our pricing section and in Settings, and may change over time.

  • Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars, and any applicable taxes are added where required.
  • Free trial. Paid plans start with a 14 day free trial. You enter a payment method at checkout. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your first payment is charged when the trial ends. We send a reminder email before the trial ends.
  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged, until you cancel.
  • Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal. You can cancel before then.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will email you so you can update your payment method. If the subscription ends because payment is not made, your account moves to the Free plan.
  • Promotional codes apply only as described when they are offered.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Settings, Manage Billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal, or by emailing hello@verdictiq.org. Cancelling stops future renewal charges. When your subscription ends, your account moves to the Free plan and your trade history stays in your account.

Payments are not refundable, including for partially used billing periods, except where the law requires a refund. If you believe you were charged in error, email us and we will review it.

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription on its own. Cancel your subscription first, or email us and we will cancel it for you.

9. Acceptable use

When using ExecutionIQ, you agree not to:

  • break any law or use the service for fraud or market manipulation
  • access another person's account or data without permission
  • upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful or contains malware
  • probe, scan or test the security of the service, or interfere with its normal operation
  • scrape the service, overload it with automated requests, or get around usage limits
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product

10. Your content

You own the trade data, notes, journal entries and screenshots you put into ExecutionIQ. You give us permission to store, process and display that content, and to send it to our service providers, including our AI provider when you use AI features, only as needed to run and improve the service for you. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or that remain in backups for a limited period.

You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm that you have the right to upload it.

11. Our intellectual property

ExecutionIQ, including its software, design, execution scoring method, text, graphics and logos, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

12. Third party services

ExecutionIQ relies on and links to services run by others, such as Clerk, Stripe, Google, Anthropic, TradingView and your broker. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

13. Changes to the service

We are always improving ExecutionIQ, so features, limits and integrations may be added, changed or removed. We do not promise that the service will always be available, error free or uninterrupted, and we may pause it for maintenance.

14. Disclaimers

ExecutionIQ is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non infringement.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, ExecutionIQ, even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability for any claim relating to ExecutionIQ will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of ExecutionIQ, your content, or your breach of these terms.

17. Termination

You can stop using ExecutionIQ and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, misuse the service, or if we are required to by law. If we close a paid account for a reason other than your breach of these terms, we will refund any prepaid amount for the unused period. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as the advice disclaimer, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law, continue after termination.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will let account holders know by email or in the app. If you keep using ExecutionIQ after the changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
